火祭的階段

6.1Then, once again, Vajrapāṇi asked the Blessed One, “Lord, since everything is the domain of the profound, does one get liberated through such rituals as fire offerings, or not? Please clear away my doubts!”

6.1然後,金剛手再次請問薄伽梵說:「尊貴的聖者啊,既然一切都處於深妙的境域,人們是否能夠通過火祭這樣的儀軌而獲得解脫呢?請為我遣除疑惑吧!」

The Blessed One replied:

薄伽梵回答說:

“Vajrapāṇi! Great compassion,
「金剛手!大慈悲,
Removal through the power of faith,
藉由信心的力量而清淨。
The maṇḍala endowed with substantial riches,
具有豐富財富的壇城,
And the activity of the fire offering‍—these you should know.
火祭的事業——這些你應當了解。
“If your stream of being keeps samaya vows as your pledge,
「如果你的心續把誓言保持作為誓願,」
You will be liberated through attributes.
你將通過這些特質而獲得解脫。
Without a maṇḍala, fire offering, substances, and so forth,
沒有壇城、火祭、物質等等,
Spiritual accomplishments will not be achieved.
靈性成就將無法獲得。
“Therefore be diligent in the activity of fire offering.
「因此要精進於火祭的事業。」
Among the fire offerings of the four enlightened activities,
在四種開悟活動的火祭中,
The stages of the wrathful one are as follows:
忿怒尊的階段如下:
In the center of a maṇḍala of four cubits,
在四肘寬的壇城的中央,
“There is a triangle of one cubit;
「有一個邊長為一肘的三角形;」
It should be dug to a depth of half a cubit.
應該挖掘到半肘的深度。
Outside there are three levels;
外面有三層。
Draw the features of a vajra in the middle.
在中間畫出金剛的特徵。
“At the three levels, draw the three points of a vajra
在三個層級上,畫出金剛的三個尖點
Encircled by a chain.
被鍊條圍繞著。
In the intermediate spaces, draw iron hooks.
在中間的空隙中,畫上鐵鉤。
A piece of thorny wood
一根帶刺的木頭
“The size of a cubit is very auspicious.
「一肘尺大小是非常吉祥的。
Substances such as poison, blood, and black mustard seeds
毒藥、血液和黑芥子等物質
Should be gradually known.
應該逐漸了解。
Oneself, through the yoga of the deity,
自己通過本尊的瑜伽修持,
“Invites the wrathful wisdom,
「邀請忿怒的智慧,
Visualized in the form that tames the three worlds.
觀想呈現調伏三界的形象。
Perform the stages of worship.
進行禮拜的各個階段。
For that, the mantra of the fire offering to be uttered is this:
為此,火祭的真言應當如下宣說:

6.9“Oṃ nīlāmbara­dhara oṃ vajra­jvalānala hana sarva­duḥkha sarva­vighna samma kuru­nīlāmbara­dhara vajra­pāṇi so-and-so māraya hūṃ phaṭ.

6.9「唵 身著青衣者 唵 金剛烈火焰 摧毀一切苦難 一切障礙 成就 身著青衣者 金剛手持者 某某人 摧滅 吽 怖。」

“Say this while burning the substances.
「在焚燒這些物質時念誦這段真言。」
“From poison, blood, black mustard, and salt,
「從毒藥、血液、黑芥子和鹽,
Create the form, accomplish it, and burn it. [F.164.a]
塑造其形象,完成它,然後將其焚燒。

“Oṃ nīlāmbara­dhara vajrapāṇi yakṣa khādaya khādaya bandhaya bandhaya mohaya mohaya sha hum ānaya hūṃ phaṭ.

「唵 藍衣持者金剛手夜叉 吃吃 縛縛 迷迷 沙吽 引引 吽怖。」

“This was the mantra for scattering the form.
「這是用來散解形象的真言。」

6.11“Oṃ nīlāmbara­dhara vajrapāṇi sha hum gṛham ākarṣaya hūṃ jaḥ jaḥ.

6.11「唵 穿著藍衣的金剛手 沙 吽 吸引住房 吽 喇 喇。

“This was the mantra for summoning beings.
「這是召喚眾生的真言。」
“Having performed the fire offering in that manner,
「以那樣的方式進行火祭之後,
Go to a dried-up river, fell a nāga tree,
去到乾涸的河邊,砍伐龍樹,
And make a large fire with elephant dung.
並用象糞生起熾盛的火焰。
Should illness and disease occur,
如果出現疾病和病痛,
“Perform the activity of supreme pacification.
「進行最上平息的活動。
Dig a suitable spherical fire pit in three levels;
挖掘一個適合的球形火坑,分三層;
It should be one cubit wide
應該是一肘寬
And half a cubit deep.
深度為半肘。
“Then perform the ritual of peaceful activity.
「然後進行寂靜事業的儀軌。
If done in this manner, there is no doubt that one obtains
如果以此方式進行,毫無疑問,一個人會得到
Spiritual accomplishments with the marks of success.
具有成就標誌的精神成就。
Vajrapāṇi, Vajra Holder!
金剛手,金剛持者!
“With devotion, keep the meaning of the tantra,
「以虔誠心,守護密續的內義,」
And be diligent for the sake of living beings!
並且為了眾生的利益而精勤修持!
“O! This most secret great tantra
「噢!這最密秘的大密續
Grants great blessings from the start.
從一開始就獲得巨大的加持。
It was spoken by the teacher Vajradhara.
這是由金剛持上師所說的。
Be diligent in its practice.”
要勤奮修持。
