月光
50.1Sudhana went to the householder Sucandra , bowed his head to the feet of the householder Sucandra , stood before him, and, with his palms together in homage, said, “Ārya, I have developed the aspiration for the highest, complete enlightenment, but I do not know how bodhisattvas should train in bodhisattva conduct and in what way they should practice it. Ārya, I have heard that you give instruction and teachings to bodhisattvas! I pray that you explain to me how bodhisattvas should train in bodhisattva conduct and how they should practice it!”
50.1善財前往居士月光那裡，向居士月光的雙足頂禮，站在他面前，雙手合掌恭敬，說道：「聖者啊，我已經生起了對無上正等菩提的願，但我不知道菩薩應該如何在菩薩行中修習，應該以什麼方式來實踐它。聖者啊，我聽說您給菩薩們傳授教法！我祈請您為我講解菩薩應該如何在菩薩行中修習，應該如何去實踐它！」
50.2When he had said that, the householder Sucandra said, “Noble one, I know the bodhisattva liberation called the stainless light of wisdom.
50.2居士月光說道：「賢聖啊，我只知道菩薩解脫，名叫智慧無垢光。
50.3“Noble one, I know only this bodhisattva liberation called the stainless light of wisdom. How could I know the conduct or describe the qualities of the bodhisattvas who have attained countless liberations?
50.3「賢聖，我只知道這個名為無垢智慧光的菩薩解脫。那些已經證得無數解脫的菩薩們的行為和功德，我又怎麼能夠了解或描述呢？」
50.4“Depart, noble one. In this southern region there is a town called Roruka. There resides a householder by the name of Ajitasena. Go to him and ask him, ‘How should a bodhisattva train in and practice bodhisattva conduct?’ ”
50.4「去吧，賢聖。在南方有一個名叫羅盧迦的城鎮。那裡住著一位名叫無畏勝的居士。你去問他『菩薩應該如何修習和實踐菩薩行？』」
50.5Sudhana, the head merchant’s son, bowed his head to the feet of the householder Sucandra . He circumambulated the householder Sucandra many hundreds of thousands of times, keeping him to his right, [F.278.a] and, looking back at him again and again, he departed from the householder Sucandra .
50.5善財商人之子，向居士月光的足下頂禮。他繞行居士月光多百千次，右繞而行，又一再回顧，然後離開了居士月光。
