30.1“The circle for slaying is as follows. Use a mixture of equal parts of poison, blood, and mustard seed to draw a nine-compartment circle with inner and outer sections. In the central compartment write hūṁ svā māraya hā phaṭ. In the inner compartments write hūṁ phaṭ hūṁ | phaṭ hūṁ phaṭ | hūṁ phaṭ hūṁ | phaṭ hūṁ phaṭ | hūṁ phaṭ hūṁ | phaṭ hūṁ phaṭ | hūṁ phaṭ hūṁ | phaṭ hūṁ phaṭ. In the outer compartments write hūṁ oṁ phaṭ | hūṁ tā phaṭ | hūṁ re phaṭ | hūṁ tut phaṭ | hūṁ tā phaṭ | hūṁ re phaṭ | hūṁ tu phaṭ | hūṁ re phaṭ. [F.216.a] Write these on the skull of a childless man or woman, repeat the mantra many times, and then hide it in a charnel ground. If you do so, death will ensue.”
