靜慮
9.1Then the goddess said, “How, O lord, should the wisdom and the means , the woman and the man, cultivate their identification with the deities?”
9.1隨後女神說:「尊者啊,智慧與方便、女性與男性應該如何修習與諸尊相應呢?」
The lord said:
尊者說:
“A yogin should place the woman in front
一位瑜伽士應當把女性放在自己的前方
And look deeply in her eyes.
深深地注視她的眼睛。
He should make his body straight
他應該使身體挺直
And meditate with one-pointed mind.
並以一心來進行禪修。
“Because of the nature of the four bodies,
「由於四身的本質,
There is no separation, not even in the slightest.
沒有任何分離,即使是最細微的地方也沒有。
However, without understanding,
然而,沒有理解,
A distinction is perceived between wisdom and means .
智慧與方便之間產生了區別的認識。
“Death is said to be the dharmakāya;
「死亡被稱為法身;
saṃbhogakāya is the intermediate state after death;
報身是死後的中陰。
Nirmāṇakāya has the form of the six modes of existence;
化身具有六道眾生的形相。
The pleasure of sex is Great Bliss.
性樂是大樂。
“This male form, in the three realms,
「這個男性形象,在三界中,
Has the nature of the four bodies;
具有四身的本質;
The female form, in the three realms,
女性身體,在三界中,
Also has the nature of the four bodies.
也具有四身的本質。
“The man is the Buddha,
「這個男人就是佛陀,
Because he has the nature of the four bodies.
因為他具有四身的本質。
The woman, present in all directions,
女性,遍佈所有方向,
Is the Perfection of Wisdom .
是般若波羅蜜。
“The man should do the deity-identification in the following way:
「男性修行者應該按照以下方式進行本尊相應修法:
‘I am an accomplished one,
我是一位成就者,
Abiding in my own nature—
安住於我自身的本性中—
The nature of Caṇḍamahāroṣaṇa.
大忿怒的本質。
“ ‘My lover is an accomplished being in every way,
「我的愛人在各個方面都是一位成就者,
Having fully assumed the form of Caṇḍī.’
已經完全化現為大忿怒女的形象。
In this way should one meditate with reverence,
就這樣應該要恭敬地觀想,
For a long time, understanding this reality.
長久以來,理解這個真實。
“Having abandoned all activity,
「已經捨棄了一切活動,
Wholly devoted to serving women,
完全專注於侍奉女性,
One should remain with one’s mind focused solely on pleasure,
應當保持心念專注於喜樂。
Until one attains accomplishment.
直到瑜伽士獲得成就為止。
“When the yogin has attained accomplishment,
「當瑜伽士證得成就時,
He will become pure and unassailable.
他將變得純淨且不可侵犯。
He is invisible to people
他對人類而言是看不見的。
When merged with the prāṇa-mind.
當與風心相融合時。
“Omniscient, omnipresent, all-pervading,
「遍知、遍在、普徧滲透,
Free from all afflictions,
遠離一切苦惱,
For him there is no disease, nor old age;
對他而言,沒有疾病,也沒有衰老;
Death does not exist for him.
死亡對他不存在。
“Poison has no effect on him,
「毒對他沒有作用,
Nor does water, nor wind.
水也傷不了他,風也傷不了他。
Neither weapons nor enemy hordes
既無兵器,也無敵人的軍隊
Can ever prevail over him.
永遠無法勝過他。
“Yet all the objects of desire arise for him
「然而所有的欲望對象都為他而生起」
Merely through a mental wish.
僅僅透過心念的願望。
At that moment, one becomes, effortlessly,
在那個時刻,無須費力地,人會變成
The same as a wish-fulfilling gem. [F.318.a]
與如意寶珠相同。
“In all the realms of the world,
在世界的所有領域裡,
Wherever one may happen to be,
無論一個人身在何處,
There palaces will arise for him
在那裡將為他升起宮殿
With all desired things.
具足一切所欲之物。
“Delightful, heavenly women,
「令人喜悅的天女,
Adorned with beauty and youth,
妝飾著美麗和青春,
As numerous as stars in the sky,
如同天空中的星辰一樣眾多,
Will without doubt be his.
必定將歸他所有。
“The gods, such as Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Śiva,
「諸天神,如梵天、毘紐天和濕婆,
Śakra, Kāmadeva, and so forth,
帝釋天、愛神等眾多天神,
Will be his servants;
將成為他的僕人;
And so will all the beings living in the six realms.
六道中的一切眾生也都會成為他的僕人。
“Just as the yogins attain accomplishment,
「正如瑜伽士獲得成就一樣,
In exactly the same way do the yoginīs.
瑜伽女也完全以同樣的方式成就。
The men have the form of Vajradhara,
男性具有金剛持的形相,
The women that of the vajra-woman.”
女性具有金剛女的特質。
9.17Then the goddess said, “In what way, O lord, does Great Bliss arise in the body through the union of wisdom and means ?”
9.17然後女神說:「尊主啊,智方便合一在身體中如何產生大樂呢?」
The lord said:
尊者說:
“The lalanā channel, with the nature of wisdom,
「左脈具有智慧的本性,
Is located on the left.
位於左邊。
And the rasanā, with the nature of means ,
而右脈具有方便的本質,
Is located on the right.
位於右邊。
“In the center between the lalanā and the rasanā
在左脈與右脈的中間,位於中脈。
Is located the avadhūtī.
位於中脈。
When the wind in the avadhūtī has become
當中脈內的風已經變得
Of the same essence with semen,
與精液同質,
“It will descend from the fontanel of the skull,

Passing through the opening of the penis, inside the bhaga of the woman.
經過陰莖的開口,進入女性的蓮花內部。
By the union of the wisdom and the means ,
通過智慧與方便的結合,
Caṇḍālī, who is located at the navel,
位於臍輪的大忿怒火,
“Burns like a lamp—through this

The best semen is caused to flow.
最上等的精液被引發流動。
Through this arises a lesser bliss,

If the effort applied is small.

“With big effort, the bliss is intense—

For this is the nature of things.

Whoever can engender this bliss

Through regular practice,

“Will become glorious Caṇḍamahāroṣaṇa
將成為光榮的大忿怒
In this very life.”
