The Translation
1.1Homage to the Three Jewels.
May all buddhas grant their protection!願一切佛陀賜予加持！
I pay homage to supreme awakening;我向至高的覺悟禮敬；
May all noble ones grant their protection!願一切聖者賜予保護！
I pay homage to the supreme vajra;我頂禮至高無上的金剛。
May all knowledge granters grant their protection!願一切知識授予者賜予其庇護！
I pay homage to all the gods of the pure god realms;我敬禮所有清淨天神界的諸天神；
May all protectors grant their protection!願一切護法授予加持！
I pay homage to the gods in the heavens;我向天界的諸神頂禮。
May the lords of the three worlds grant their protection!願三界的主宰賜予保護！
To all those who rule over the three realms of existence對所有統治三界的人。
I pay homage and offer worship;我恭敬地禮拜並獻上供養。
Grant your compassionate blessings賜予慈悲的加持！
To my five aggregates and limbs!我向統治三界眾生的尊者們頂禮膜拜；我向他們獻上供養；願他們賜予慈悲的加持。
1.3The essence-mantra of that is said to be:
1.4oṁ kara kara svāhā kuru kuru svāhā bhara bhara svāhā bhuru bhuru svāhā dhara dhara svāhā dhuru dhuru svāhā cara cara svāhā curu curu svāhā
Protect my five aggregates and limbs保護我的五蘊和身體。
From inauspicious years and inauspicious months,從不吉祥的年份和不吉祥的月份，
Inauspicious days and inauspicious days of the week,不吉祥的日子和不吉祥的星期日，
Inauspicious planets and inauspicious stars,不吉祥的行星和不吉祥的星辰，
Inauspicious daytimes and inauspicious nighttimes,不吉祥的白天和不吉祥的夜晚，
Inauspicious middays,不吉祥的正午時刻，
Inauspicious mornings and inauspicious evenings,不吉利的早晨和不吉利的黃昏，

1.6The essence-mantra of that is said to be:
1.7oṁ prajñe prajñe prajñe avalokiradhati mani susiddhi ārya jvala nāma mañjuye svāhā
May my five aggregates and limbs,願我的五蘊和四肢，

From beginningless time從無始以來
Until being born in this life and body,直到在這一生這個身體中出生，
I have written incorrectly, recited incorrectly,我已經書寫錯誤、背誦錯誤，
Listened incorrectly, explained incorrectly,從無始以來，直到今生今世降生於此身體，我聽聞錯誤、解說錯誤、書寫錯誤、誦讀錯誤、思惟錯誤、修習錯誤。
Meditated incorrectly, and trained incorrectly.修持不正確，訓練也不正確。
Protect my five aggregates and limbs保護我的五蘊和肢體
From all such broken rules, broken vows,從所有這樣的破戒、破誓言、
And broken samayas!以及破壞的三昧耶！
1.12The essence-mantra of that is:
1.13namo bhagavata sarva dhuye duṣṭana svāhā
1.14This concludes “The Noble Dhāraṇī Called the Supreme Stem Ornament.”
