恭敬禮敬至福的佛陀！
1.1Homage to the blessed Buddha!
1.1恭敬禮敬福樂的佛陀！
“The Tathāgata explained the cause
如來闡釋了因
Of dharmas that arise from causes,
佛陀所說的法，那些從因緣而生起的法，
And he taught their cessation.
他也教導了它們的滅盡。
Thus the Great Śramaṇa has instructed.
大沙門就這樣教導了。
1.2ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetuṃ teṣāṃ tathāgato hy avadat | teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃvādī mahāśramaṇaḥ ||
1.2（咒語不翻）
1.3By reciting this essence once, all negative actions will be purified and all adverse conditions will be pacified and averted. Any object that one envisions while reciting it will become the body of the Buddha or a stūpa, and any offering one envisions while reciting it will be offered as if they fill an entire world realm.
1.3誦唸這個法的精要一次，所有的惡業都會被淨化，所有的逆緣都會被平息和化解。任何人在誦唸時所觀想的對象都會成為佛陀的身體或塔，任何人在誦唸時所觀想的供養都會被獻供，就如同填滿整個世界一樣。
