1.1Homage to Mañjuśrī Kumārabhūta.
1.1敬禮文殊師利童子
Contempt toward the Buddha and the Dharma,
輕視佛陀與正法，
Laziness, contentment with small amounts,
懈怠、得少為足，
Acting with desire and pride,
以貪欲與傲慢而行，
Regret, and parting due to being uncertain—
後悔以及因疑惑而退轉——
Such are beings’ obscurations.
這些是眾生的障礙。
The antidote is the teaching of the supreme vehicle
最上乘的教法是其對治
Through which all the faults
依此一切過失
That cause hindrances are abandoned.
障礙的因由此斷除。
1.4tadyathā | oṃ vajraprakāra vajraprakāra | vajracakra daṃṣṭrābhayānake| amale vimale | nirmale | culuke culuke| culu culu | sarvabuddhe svāhā ||
1.4（咒語不翻）
Whoever practices The Two Stanza Dhāraṇī,
若有修持此二頌陀羅尼者，
With respect to either the words or the meaning,
無論是就文字或義理而言，
Is a wise sublime being
是智慧殊勝之人
Who will attain ten benefits—
將獲得十種利益——
Complete development of the elements,
諸界圓滿成熟，
Perfect joy at the moment of death,
臨終時獲得圓滿喜悅，
Rebirth according to one’s wish,
隨願受生，
Total recollection of former lives,
能憶宿世之所生，
Meeting with buddhas,
遇見諸佛，
Hearing the supreme vehicle from them,
從諸佛聽聞最上乘法，
Interest, along with intellect,
信解與智慧，
The two gates, and swift awakening.
二種法門，與速疾證覺。
